COOLOUS Smart Lock Bluetooth Keyless Touchscreen Digital Door Lock Smart Deadbolt Fully Automatic (with Handle)

This product lasted about 2 months. It worked fine until one day after entering the passcode it made the sound as if it were opening yet it wouldn’t allow the door to open when you turned the handle. We took off for the day to maybe see if it needed time to reset. We came back late at night and it wouldn’t work. My husband used the alternative access to the “key” and that too did not work! We had no other way to enter the house other than for him to break the door down. We now have to buy a new door! Side note: we had two small children with us who were ready for bed, and had to deal with this! Do not buy this product.I visited the company website to try to contact them for a warranty. Their site says we respond immediately. Well they did not. I waited 30 mins and no response. This is a third-party seller, so I had to pay a restocking fee after the 30 days since it’s not a Prime purchase. Thankfully when we return the item, Amazon agreed to a one-time refund on that. Thank you Amazon for taking care of us, but some of these third-party companies need to do!

Tired several times we thought the colder weather was an issues. Came back we it had warned up still would not work. This was access to our tack room which had all the feed in it for the horse. We had no other way to enter the barn so we ended up having to use a (saw saw) to cut between the door and the handle now we have damage to a brand new door. Do not buy this product.Tired contacting customer service and can not get a hold of anyone. Tired chatting online with Amazon Rep. and they left me on red. So at this point I have spent over $100 and have nothing but a broke door. I'll keep trying but right now I'm stuck!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

This smart lock was easy enough to install once I drilled a hole through a steel door on the side of my garage. Setup was a piece of cake and now all of us have a code to get into the house if we ever need to. It's great when we go to the pool since now we don't need to take keys or even cell phones. Just leave through the garage and use our code to get back in. Loving it so far!

Works well. Easy to install, the app works well and it looks good installed.

i HAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS AND THERE IS NO LINK FOR INSTRUCTIONS. i WATCH THE VIDEO BUT THERE IS NO PLUG COMING OUT OF THE BACK SIDE. USELESS AT THIS POINT.
