if these types of products work. and this one doesn't. adhesive doesn't stay and slips off skin. and the mechanics are week.

Not going to tone you.
Don’t waste your money if it’s for trying to tone. These do not help, however I have found them slightly useful for lower back pain. Like a tens unit

Gel pad does not work.
The main part with gel pad does not work. Very disappointed.

Adhesive gel pad duration and power consumption.
The gel pads didn't last for stickyness. I used it 3 times. Now i need to buy gel pads for new use and wait for my order. It only came with 2 extra. The main pad uses 8 and 2 each for the small ones. Devices are not intended for low volt batteries (cheap ones).
