Wow this ABS stimulator gets hot! It really does heat up. I wear it at work and have to run to the bathroom to shift the infrared location around my middle several times a day.

This product is great. I wear it to do light workout stuff and even under my clothes on a regular day because I do tons of walking. For the latter, it doesn’t feel weird or show on under my clothes (I don’t reslly wear skin tight clothing) and it traps the sweat in the band and I can’t smell it. It’s kind of gross taking it off at the end of the day, but just shows it works.

Great product that I've used plenty of times. Don't wear it for longer than you're suppose to. I wore it for more than 30 minutes while lifting and my abs were on fire.
