We have had goats before, but not Boers. This is a good book, quick read and quite informational. Great for basic knowledge.

My granddaughter loves this book. She raises and shows goats for 4-H. She says she has learned a lot about her goats from this book.

Would have been a great book had I lived in England... being that I live in America, specifically Florida, a lot of the content didn't relate. Otherwise overall this was an informative book give me some great ideas for my new goats.

I like how the book was organized. We have an 8 month Boer goat and this was very helpful!

basic goat information, if you have owned a goat in the past you do not need to read this book. also, the author writes in more of a united kingdom perspective siting rules/regulation and details related to a person living in the united kingdom.

Great book. My daughter keeps pestering me to get goats as she thinks they are "cute". I bought this book on Boer Goats and it explain everything very well. Now I just have to remember it all and teach my daughter how to take care of her goats.

If you are like me, a beginner's goat keeper, this book will give you a lot of information. I've enjoyed reading it.
