I received unit today. Unit looks nothing like the picture. I was so excited to get home and try it on. The hair had a good feeling. I ordered a 10U" but it seemed like a 8". It was packaged and boxed haphazardly so it was misshapen, and the back and side flipped up and laid wrong. Wouldn't lay flat. I was looking forward to this unit.

I gave it 3 stars because the hair is definitely not virgin hair if it's even 100% hair. I know what I'm getting at this point price so I'm ok with it but the average consumer would believe this headline. The hair is very soft though.
