Works about 50% of the time, but if you just keep reinserting the CD it'll eventually work. Low quality here, but it does the job I need it to do every so often. Has a harder time with DVDs then regular CDs.

I usually don't leave reviews on Amazon, but for this I just had to!!! It came in a matter of only 2-3 days! And it was packaged very nicely. I got a surface and it doesn't have a disk drive so I bought this and it works great! If it is not working for you try downloading vlc media player. It works greatly!!
