Yes, this extract does it's intended job and more! I have various health conditions like diabetes, digestive issues, I get colds and get sick easily because of my compromised immune system and am so tired of taking so many medications and get side effects that a friend of mine suggested trying some natural medicine. This stuff is great! I have been using this brand of chaga extract for about 3 years now. I get better energy spread out through the day evenly with great mental alertness, mental clarity. Its much better than coffee!I have noticed that I get sick less, colds dont last and flu? I dont think ive even gotten the flu in the last 3 years! My joints have felt much better since I started and now I give it to my cat who was suffering from arthritis and he is showing clear signs of improvement! I gave this chaga 5 stars for the above reasons and recommend it to many people for themselves and for their pet!
