Q: What are the dimensions of the gaiter?

Keeping in mind that it may have stretched slightly over time with use, it now measures approximately 8.5" wide by 10.5" long.

Q: where are the products made?

Made In Vietnam, maybe close to where I served 52 years ago? No hard feelings, it’s really well made, and comfortable.

Q: Wouldn’t like to use during training in the Army. Can it be turned inside out so the branding does not show?

There are tags on the inside. At least one looks relatively easy to snip out (large stitches). There are smaller tags underneath that might be sewn into the seam...I'm not sure. They're white, but you could snip them off close.

Q: Can you put it on and take it off without messing up your hair?

It's relatively thin (but warm) and stretchy so you probably can if you're careful. I haven't really tried but I use it for skiing and my hair gets messed up either way.
