Revised review: after just 4 weeks' use, one of the chargers has simply ceased working. No damage, bangs or other external cause. Green light not illuminating, no charge being delivered from either USB port. Very poor reliability...Original 3* review: Great little compact charger that delivers the goods: 2.1A plus 1A outputs charge quickly. Build quality is good. Only downside is the LED trim stripe around the case that glows green when the unit's plugged in. It's a cool design feature and looks neat, but it's actually pretty bright and can't be switched off. I found it's so bright it disturbs my sleep, so I've had to resort to masking it in clunky ways, such as wrapping a thick elastic band around the stripe. Kinda destroys the neat design aesthetic.

Purchased this 3 pack as we were going on holiday to Turkey, 1 for me, 1 for my wife and 1 for my daughter. 8 days into our 10 day break 2 have failed and are no longer working leaving me 1 working unit

Product is good and they are value for money, but I should have read the description fully because they light up when plugged in, which means when charging your devices overnight they light up the room. I had to keep unplugging them because they are so bright they disturbed my sleep. Other than that, they are good.

The item's description and tile only says "Dual USB Charger" and "2.1A/5V" or "USB Output: Dual Port DC 5V - 2.1A". Unfortunately, I trusted the description and did't bother looking into the pictures, which clearly shows that one of the port is of only 1A. I hope you don't fall into the same trap.

Very pleased with these adaptors, they will be great when we are on holiday. As many times there may only be one socket available and with these adaptors you can charge two mobiles on one adaptor. Great value for money.

These chargers get quite hot during charging - certainly hotter than the other chargers I use - and the green light when the charger is plugged in is very bright, so you can't use them in your bedroom to charge something overnight.

Positives - compact and easy to packNegatives - slower at charging than a USB plug especially when 2 items are plugged in. If you can wait a few hours or overnight then this is fine.- extremely bright green light which floodlights the room at night. Not sure why they had to add such a bright light, so take some tape or wrap a sock around it at night!

They did what they said on the tin. Whilst a lot of modern hotels are now installing USB plugs in their rooms, the majority of older or smaller hotels don't have the same facility. With so many electronics having USB plugs, these adaptors were absolutely essential on a recent trip to France. I was able to charge everything at the same time without swapping devices in and out of plugs.
