Tips how to use
This gel will only work well on muscle pain, not bruises, bone damage or joint problems. However, it offers instant partial relief for back, arm, neck and leg muscle pain, if applied correctly - with an added head clearing bonus after applying / see below.How to apply to lower back painWithout someone doing it for you, if you can put both arms behind your back, squirt some gel on both top UPPER parts of your hands, clenching your fists. Still with hands clenched, put both behind your lower back just above buttocks and massage vigorously over the pain in circular movements. Pain should ease very soon, especially seated.Added bonus after applying either with knuckles or fingers (legs and arms etc) is to use the strong menthol in the product as an inhaler. Rub your hands together with the remainder of your muscle treatment and cup them over nose, without actually touching the skin and inhale the menthol to clear nose and head.Neck painCare should be taken when applying to neck muscle pain as the skin is more sensitive there. It should be noted that whilst the pain will be eased, the menthol left on the top of the skin acts as a coolant and can actually cause some discomfort, especially at night.DO NOT GET IN EYES OR PUT ON SUPER SENSITIVE AREAS AS THE MENTHOL IN THE PRODUCT WILL STING BADLYFor same reason, beware applying to children, if doing so, cover area so child cannot transfer to sensitive areas.I have used this product for a number of years and can vouch that it is the best out there for me at least. I am alergic to lots of things, but have not had any side effects with Musselflex - that said, if you know that menthol affects you DONT get this. I buy in bulk to cut costs and would never be without it now. Oh just to say, sticky 5 or 10% ibrufen gel is inferior Musselflex gel and this is cream rather than gel as described

seems like a strange product! but it realy works well
used for muscle pain . a very effective cream with no side effects would recommend it any time
