So when I started looking around for a Pan Tilt Zoom security camera to hook to my CCTV DVR, the most important things that I needed were that it must have a high TV line resolution. Had to be water/weatherproof, and an absolute must was being able to see at night (Good IR lighting). and the movement speed was somewhat important as well. And of course being a normal everyday homeowner without a ton of money to spend, cost was going to play a huge factor.So after doing a ton of research and lots of shopping around I stumbled upon this camera. Well I have to tell you that I was defiantly skeptical being that the cost was lower than everyone else especially all of the name brands from here in the states. But I took a chance and ordered this camera and now after having it for some time I must say I am very pleased with my purchase the camera.It (knock on wood) has preformed flawlessly, I really couldn't be happier. Upon arrival I had a few questions about some of the information in the manual that came with the camera. Upon sending an email I received a very prompt response, there customer service is excellent. As for performance the IR's are incredible they literally light up my neighbors entire yard. The clarity is excellent with the 10x optical zoom I can zoom in to a car license plate that is two houses down across the street at NIGHT and read it perfectly I couldn't believe it. The speed is great the color and BW are both good. honestly In my opinion I don't think you can find a better PTZ camera for this price point anywhere..Really the only thing that I have to really say that is not excellent about this camera is1 I think they should offer an option for a straight mount or the side mount which they may offer and I missed it2 I wish the camera had a manual adjustable irisother than those two things which are miniscule this camera is perfect for what it is I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and I am actually buying another as soon as I'm done with this review lol

Bought this through amazon and it worked great. For less than a week. It was super clear, the IR LED's super bright. The camera can no longer pan or tilt though. If you purchase this DO NOT expect to leave it patrolling. It will break. If you plan to leave it stationary and only "drive it" when you view it, then it may work for you.

The cameras work fine during the day, except for some issues with freezing and unable to tilt cameras. However, at night the cameras have become unusable. It seems that the iris is stuck or not functioning as the picture is so dark that identifying anyone or anything is impossible. It took us a couple of months to install them and after 4-6 months they became faulty. I tried to return them but "the window of opportunity" closed after 4-6 weeks. That doesn't seem fair. There should be a 6-12 month warranty on this product. If this is how they operate then I would NEVER buy anything from them again. It wasn't just 1 camera it was both of them.

I just purchased this camera and installed. I have a problem where the camera will flash bright and dark very quickly over and over for about 15 seconds, then it will return to normal. I am wondering if the device might have a defect, or if it is not meant for outdoor use?I do not have the camera pointed up or towards the sun as I don't want to damage the iris or other sensitive parts.For being an analog camera, the image is also very digital looking, and pixels from moving objects like tree branches blowing in the wind or cars driving by tend to look like "mush" until the object is stationary again. So much so that you can't see fine details like license plate numbers when a vehicle is moving, unacceptable for an analog security camera.I am wondering if I have received a defective or "refurbished" product being sold as new.

I bought this camera, my first ptz purchase. Delivery was quick, within 8 days. Considering it was being shipped from China, this was quite an accomplishment. Documentation was easy to follow and setup was easy. The camera's photo footage was a little below expectation since the spec were 1000tv lines. I immediately contacted the seller who suggested that the camera might have been damaged in some way due to handling and shipping. Olivia, such a sweet and helpful person, pledged her dedication to rectify the situation to my full satisfaction. She quickly dispatched a replacement camera module which I received in 6 days. In addition she offered me a $10 refund. I have not installed the new module as yet but hope it improves the picture (footage) quality. I like the camera. Its very well made and the ptz mechanics are smooth and reliable. The footages are good but I expected more. Hope when I load the new module I can report an excellent outcome. As for Olivia, she continues to provide excellent cctv product information and advice for which I am grateful.

Great camera with a very clear picture. If you zoom in you can read the license plate off a car. It was also very easy to set up.

Very clear and easy to install, Night time resolution is even better. Infrared lights illuminate beyond 165 ft.

Purchased this a few weeks ago and I finally had it installed one week ago. I am accessing it with my phone when I am away from home and also at home on the DVR. So far it works well. I am pleased with the camera. Emma was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. I will update this review in the near future.
