Not my favorite tutu, but it works. I could have made a nicer fuller one with my own tulle and elastic for less of the cost of this one, but I didn't have the time to put into making it as it was a last minute addition to my costume. I bought the black tutu and it fit a bit small, even though the size chart clearly states it should fit me fine, so consider buying a size up, you can always safety pin it to be tighter if it is too loose. The slip inside the tutu was white, while the tutu itself and the outer layer of the slip were black. I was afraid the inner white layer would show through badly but it was fine. The slip is also very restrictive and kept riding up my rump all night, perhaps that's the reason it fit a bit too tightly was the slip itself. I also don't care for how they have sewn the tulle onto the slip and elastic. It's in chunky sections, so it you don't keep it fluffed out well it will have bare areas that you can see the black outer layer of the slip through and not actual tulle. I thought it would be longer as well, but it is really only reached mid thigh if that. bit short for my comfort as a big thick girl. I was hoping it would go to my knees, but I wore legging with it and it was fine enough. Next time I am in need of a tutu, I will probably go to the fabric store to buy the supplies to sew up my own.Basically if you're in a pinch works and if not save your money and buy another or make your own!

I bought 2 of these as underskirts for Minnie Mouse Halloween outfits for my two teenage granddaughters. The waist looked a little small for the dimensions given, but they fit OK. These came fairly quickly - within days - and had two silky linings. I ordered red, so the first lining was red satin under the tulle, and the second was white satin for against the legs. This should prevent snagging on tights worn under the skirt, or catching on the tights as they walk around. Overall very pleased.Follow up to this review - I returned one for a larger size. It was so easy to return & within the week I had the replacement. This company has wonderful customer service.

I spent days trying to find a tutu/petticoat that would fit me for Halloween, and I was so grateful to find this one! I have a 46" waist and 58" hips so it wasn't easy. I bought the 3x and it fit perfectly!My only minor complaints are that when it arrived, it smelled like rotten fish or something (gross!), and the material of the skirt was pretty rough and scratchy (not what I expected).The fish smell I got rid of by washing it twice and letting it air out. The smell was gone after a couple days. The scratchy material does not touch your skin, because there's two layers of a slip or whatever underneath the skirt. So, the unpleasant feeling of the material is only on the outside.Overall, I'm content with this purchase. It got the job done and completed my costume spectacularly!

I needed this for a Halloween costume and it was a perfect fit

This was a great tutu but for warning, there is a smaller silk skirt tight underneath it to cover your bum, the tutu is also VERY full, I had to cut both to fit, but I guess it depends on the look your going for, for the silk tight skirt underneath I simply cut slits in it and it was perfect. I would buy this again based on price and variety this tutu offered me.

I absolutely love the skirt. I am about a size 12 and the large/ extra large fits just perfectly. It reminds me of something that Carrie Bradshaw would wear, I have paired it with a vintage t-shirt and some really cool heels. I have worn it out a couple of times and people have stopped and asked me where I got it from and how much it was you can imagine their shock and reaction when I told him it was from Amazon and it was $15.Upon opening the package I did smell a certain something. .. but I let it sit on my deck for a few hours secured to a chair and that helped a lot with the smell. You can make this a funky/fun look or a cute sexy look but you can't go wrong for the price and for the appeal of it.I will be ordering additional colors.

If you’re looking for a full, tutu that isn’t one of those pathetic, scrawny, cheap things, then buy this one. I had a friend remind me that it wouldn’t be as full as pictured when I got it, but she was wrong! It was even more full than I thought it would be. It’s also not too short as some of them appear to only cover your butt, this one is an actual skirt length, but not too long. I would buy it again. I got a size large, and I have a 30 inch waist, and wear size 10 pants. I don’t think the medium/large would stretch much more than maybe 2 - 3 inches in the waist.

These tutu went viral!!!! Everyone loved them and the idea for 2020 HALLOWEEN! We all are first time buyers and ordered from this vendor and we are super excited about how they felt, looked and quality of the items. We appreciate the quick turn around for delivery and the item was packed perfect and looked perfect!!!
