Super easy to put together! Sturdy and made a great Christmas gift for 3-year old. Love that it closes up and hides everything inside. Aesthetically pleasing interior and plenty of options for rooms. I am very happy I spent a little more on this than I had originally planned.

The media could not be loaded. Relatively easy to put together. It took a bit to get the top to line up right, but it was my error of trying to force it. I ended up hot gluing the stairs on because I put one of the pieces on upside down and it wasn’t an easy fix, so it’s holding up fine with the glue.Kids were so happy to see it on Christmas morning. I bought little chairs and stuff from hobby lobby because the le toy van is so expensive. And I found some little people on Amazon similar to the le toy van ones with the shaggy hair etc.I looked at this dollhouse for 2-3 years and I’m so glad I ended up choosing this one. It’s perfect even for my 7 year old, who shares it with the 5 year old.

I got this product in an Amazon box, and did not open it immediately as I planned on assembling it the weekend before my daughter’s birthday. I opened the package and immediately witnessed what I can only describe as a destroyed product. The box from Le Toy Van was completely tore up, with visible damage to all surfaces. When I looked in what’s left of the box I noted damaged windows, broken window shutters, damage to the walls of the dollhouse, scratches on all the flat surfaces of the dollhouse, and several missing pieces, notably the ladder to the attic space and the columns that assemble the front door.I reached out to the customer service department for Le Toy Van, and was told that they do not assist anyone over the phone, and I would have to submit an email in order to have any assistance. I left the email, but also felt I should leave a review on the product as well.Update: Le Toy Van refused to help in any way with replacing missing or damaged parts. They would not speak to me over the phone about the issue, and were very unhelpful through email.However, Amazon was amazing! After calling the customer service line and explaining the issue, the rep for Amazon went above and beyond to send out a completely new dollhouse and did it within two days, allowing me to make my daughter’s birthday a success. I cannot thank Amazon enough for their diligence and compassion with this issue. Long story short: if you plan on purchasing this product, be aware that the manufacturer is entirely unhelpful and will refuse to assist with any concerns you may have, but Amazon will do whatever they can to ensure you have a good experience.

Good quality

This was a Christmas gift for my child, I purchased it ahead of time enough that in case pieces were broken or missing I could prices a return and get a replacement (due to some of the reviews) and thankfully, all the pieces were there and in working order. It was a bit difficult to understand the directions since we had to look for them online though. Once put together though it was perfect for my daughter!

This dollhouse came beautifully and professionally packaged. Each piece was thoughtfully wrapped. I was able to assemble it by myself for the most part. I had an issue with one of the two chimneys which did not fit correctly. I reached out to the seller and they promptly sent the new chimney. I love the dollhouse and would definitely purchase again!

I looked at many doll houses and ended up purchasing this one. It’s so adorable and seems good quality. I did have some issues with putting it together, but was able to get it together in the end.

I love it. All the pieces came intact. I broke one but that's a me problem. It's quite large but easy to put together. I look forward to decorating.
