Montague Metal Products Helvetica Font Individual House Number, 5, 10-Inch

Ordered three different numbers, and loved two of them, but the number 2 doesn't match the other two numbers at all, and the shape was nothing like the picture, and it's noticeably thinner when mounted on the house. It looks like we picked random styles. I ordered a second 2 in the hopes that it would be more like the item pictured, but it's a different shape altogether. I'm starting over with totally different numbers because I don't want to keep ordering 2s until I manage to get one that looks like it goes with the other numbers.

Cons: The cuts on these numbers are really poor quality. There are many surface defects on the front and back (see pictures). Lightly roughed up surface and paint came off. Missing paint around one of the drilled holes. Not all holes are counter-sunk. To protect surface all numbers were repainted.I paid $53.00 for three numbers, and I expected WAY better quality for the price paid. This is extremely low effort and quality.The only pro is that the numbers are metal. But count on putting a little work into them, if you want them to look nice or not rust.

Bought numbers on a new building. Needed this size. Im ok with the finish around the edges being a little rough, but wow. This looks pretty bad. I also purchased (2) number 4s and they werent as bad, but the 1 is not great. Scratched to pieces.. Think I'll have to spray paint it myself before mounting. Not looking for perfection, but at least smooth.Pic for reference.

I suppose I am kind of nerdy, but I always liked the look of Helvetica for house numerals. These are cast aluminum and I think they are very attractive and well made. I had bought some of these several years ago in the 6 inch size for my residence, and they are still there and look good. This most recent purchase were for a couple of the 3 inch ones to identify the apartment numbers at my rental property.

We like the size and font, however when unwrapping the letters, the shrink wrap pulled off some of the black finish. And in other areas, the shrink wrap was extremely difficult to take off. I will have to scrape it off, but I am going to have to repaint them anyway.

These are large and bold letters. I bought mine to display the house number. Unfortunately the first one had flaking paint spots, which makes me wonder about the paint's durability, but the return and exchange process went very smoothly. I was hoping the finish was permanent, but it is only a paint. The number is well visible on a copper plate attached to a tree.

These are nice, bold numbers that are visible from a long distance. Obviously, since they are dark, they are best on a light background. The light/dark contrast makes them really stand out and creates high visibility.

Purchased all four numbers required for my street address. Love the font, the black looks great on the white column (if they're scratched or anything, they're too far from the ground for anyone to notice, including myself), easy to install. Definitely recommend.

Do not order these. The workmanship is really low end. Ordered 4 numbers - 3 of the 8 screws broke. The numbers themselves look fine from a distance, but close up you can really see that they were not made with much care.

Nice size and looks beautiful. You will need bigger screws because screws comes with it are smaller.

It took a while to arrive with the Covid virus thing going on, but it got here and it's exactly what we need. Thanks.
