Best investment and at such a great price! Good solid product that works well. Solidly made.The coffee inside actually stay almost the same temperature as when I poured it.And the surface is large enough for a mug. My coffee cup sizes vary in base width, and they all fit this warmer Keeps my coffee hot.The fact that the on/off switch is on the unit is a plus.And it has a long cord, about 60 inches.They not only keep beverages hot, but work good to keep soup warm also.Very happy with this product.

I use this almost every day. It does a good job of keeping my hot tea from getting cold.After 10 months of use, the on-off function doesn't work. It failed in the on position. so I can continue to use the device by plugging in and unplugging the wall wart (power supply).

I bought this warmer when the switch on my Minnie Mouse warmer went out, thinking I would try something different.Read many reviews of different warmers and settled on this one.This warmer did not keep my coffee warm at all. The outside and bottom of the mug was hot, but even with less than half a cup of coffee, it was barely luke warm. Definitely returning this one and purchasing one I had before. It kept my coffee hot. I'll chance the button wearing out again.

4) The replacement works well. I think the problem was the transformer that is on the cord sent with the original product. When I use the new cord & transformer, the old plate works.3) The Seller has agree to send me a new warmer within 2 days of contacting them. I REALLY APPRECIATE the professional way that this seller has stood behind the product. Hopefully, my first one was just a fluke and not indicative of the product.2) HAD TO UPDATE THIS REVIEW 5-18-19 BECAUSE THE WARMER QUIT WORKING. JUST PLACED THE ORDER 3-18-19. WORKED LESS THAN 2 MONTHS.1) Use the silicone lid sent with this item or your own mug with lid and your beverage will stay plenty warm. Keep a napkin handy when using the silicone lid to catch the condensation that will drip off when opening to drink. With an open mug, the beverage cools to lukewarm which is a bit more tepid than I prefer. As you drink and reduce the liquid volume, the beverage will become warmer as long as the mug is covered. The push on/off button on the front is nice because it helps keep you from wrangling a hot plate to turn it off when finished. This item works as expected.

This unit looks good and works well. The easy to use push-button ON switch is conveniently located at the front. However, the switch only lasted 3 months. Being an electronic tech I was able to install a sturdier switch and salvage the unit. This warmer replaced another similar, and more expensive, one which lasted only 2 months before its slide switch failed. I couldn't repair that one. It seems these mug warmers have switch problems, no matter who manufactures them.

UPDATE: This warmer quit working after 18 months of service. First, the button wouldn't stay pushed in so I forced in it with duct tape and had to unplug it when not in use. Then, today, it completely stopped. It continued to work as originally described in my first review (below) until today.I am not quite happy with the temp of my coffee when using this warmer. I prefer my coffee to stay at "just poured" temperature which my OLD warmer did. Anyway, despite my comparison shopping, this warmer doesn't keep my coffee as warm as I desire, but I must say that this warmer does keep the mug warmer than the last one I tried, back when I thought all warmers were made equally.PS. I wished I could find one like my OLD one (over 10 yrs old!). I had to toss it even though it still worked because the plastic was brittle. If anyone reading this has found such a warmer, PLEASE comment here. THANKS!

This thing really keeps whatever is in your cup very warm.It's hefty and stable enough to stay put.It is also large,so I can place most any of my mugs on itCoffee stays hot all the way to the bottom of the cup.The perfect addition to my office desk and it is so nice to have warm coffee or tea all the time.All in all,I am very happy with this item.

I am almost always drinking coffee,this product is perfect. It does exactly what it claims to do,it does keep your coffee warm.I like to sip the same cup of coffee for hours while I am working, reading or studying and now I never have to microwave it again. I'm happy with it.
