At the same price as a house it really is quite a bargain, it keeps my AMD chip at just under 1000 degrees celius and my 7700k under 800 degrees. This inturn allows me to use PaintMS and minesweeper at the same time some of the most CPU intensive tasks on the market. Great buy must recommend!

This is the best price to performance, you could buy a new car but come on who wants that when you csn get this bad boy. Recommend 10/10.
