Fixed my hydrant
Plunger failed on my hydrant which caused a persistent drip at the hydrant and who knows what under ground at the valve location. Pulling it out and replacing the bad plunger seems to have fixed it.

Kit has everthing needed to rebuild the yard hydrant
Our yard hydrant was making a wet spot in the garden any time the valve handle was up. Even if the connected hose was off. Turns out the rubber valve stopper that is deep in the ground had failed and was allowing water to exit the drain valve that is underground every time the handle was up. This kit fixed it and had all the parts to rebuild the hydrant. First time to rebuild this hydrant. It has been used several times daily for 10 years.

Easy to install for the home owner with a little skill and a couple of tools.
Make sure it fits your make and model of yard hydrant as it is not a universal fit for other brands.

Sharp edges, be careful - poor machining
As others have noted in their reviews, the parts are machined very poorly. A few of mine arrived with extremely sharp edges - razor sharp - heavy gloves required, or manually deburring and filing the parts. Aside from that, the parts were sufficient to fix my hydrant.

Way better to rebuild with than have to install a new hydrant.
