FRK Digital Bathroom Scale, Precision Digital Body Weight Scale with Large Platform, 400 Pounds, Battery Included, White

I bought this scale because my 81 year old Mother requires daily weights due to medical reasons and our old scale quit working. This scale is not intended for the elderly. The platform is very slick and when someone stands on it whose balance is not good this scale will not weigh them. Instead the display displays multiple readings and then cuts off. Very disappointed.

Thought it was broke for a good two weeks took it to a couple store and they proceeded to tell me the calculations were correct. I step on and it tells me my weight...accurately AF, sadly does not lie. Dang nabbit.

I like large numbers , and that light- weighted, but from the beginning I was concern about accuracy of reading. Now after few months of usage my scale shows the same exact weight for 7-10 days in a row and that slightly different but unchanged, for another long periods of time. I checked my weight on different scale and it was not only different from FRK scale, but also varied slightly from one day to another., which is my usual pattern. I think it too late to return it, so I'm heading to Bath and Beyond for a new one. Don't waist your money on this scale.

This is a basic scale that doesn't have any bells and whistles. It did weigh in the same as the doctors office though, which is nice.

Battery is still going after months!

We are very happy with the scale. It is accurate. All it takes is stepping on it. The results do not show up in the dark. It must be light in the room in order to read but that is not a big deal.
