I've been using this product for over a month now. I definitely have got some good results, from using it. My posture is better. I no longer struggle with back pain. I have more motivation. At my job I'm on my feet all day teaching. This product has helped me through my work days for sure. Before using the product I struggled with slouching my shoulders a lot and lower back pain. Now my posture is a lot better. I started having the energy to practice yoga everyday. I am thankful for the great results it gave me. If you have patience and you let this product do it's magic, you will see results. I will be recommending this product to friends and family in the future.

I’m wearing them in my shoes every day and have had less cramping in my feet from bad neuropathy. Hopeful that as time goes on feet will continue to get better.

First package was missing one line, one magnets. Then in the end they don't help anyway

After I got the product I read all the instructions and cut the MindInsole product to fit my shoe size and foot size. I put them in a pair of tennis shoes that I use for workouts at the gym. When I got home after the gym workout the Mindinsole had shifted towards the heal of the tennis shoe and the magnets where not where they were originally. I like the idea and for the period of time the magnets are positioned correctly they do provide some relief. But until they find a way to keep the inserts in the right place in the shoe I will not be buying anymore.

These insoles honestly work!!! I have them in my work shoes as well as my tennis shoes. Highly recommend.
