A God-send for damaged nipples
These pads are so soft. In my early days of nursing my third child I was incredibly engorged which made it hard for her to latch well and I was left with sore, bleeding, cracked nipples. I couldn’t use the regular Lansinoh nursing pads and was forced to just walk around shirtless (and leaking) all day. I had to carry soft burp cloths to catch the leaks. Not a fun time. Then I found these ultra soft pads (had no idea they existed) and they truly are ultra soft! They were soft enough for me to be able to wear my nursing tank tops again...I was so thankful to be able to put a shirt on again (I’m sure my husband wishes I never found these 😜)

Terrific
I was hesitant to buy these. It seemed like the reviews for all nursing pads were inconsistent. Anyway, I had been using the regular Lansinoh nursing pads and found them to be itchy. Uncomfortable for all day or all night wear, ya know? So I bought the bamboobies. Those turned out to be VERY comfortable, but a little too bulky and showed way too much for going out in public (great for the night though). In any case, I needed something new and hesitantly bought these after reading reviews for EVERY NURSING PAD I COULD FIND. Ahhh! Who knew I'd be researching nursing pads so anxiously! In any case these are awesome. Do the job they need to do and are ultra soft, as the name indicates. Love them. NO ITCH and feel great.Go ahead, buy them. Do it. You'll agree :)

These are actually my favorite as far as showing less under shirts but if you leak a lot during the night like I do then these don't hold as much as the catacomb pattern ones. I have leaked everywhere several times in these but only at night for long time wear

Super soft, individually wrapped, stays in place
Lansinoh is my favorite brand of nursing pads. I love these ultra soft ones better than the regular ones because they are really soft! They are not too bulky and stay put for the most part without using the adhesive strips. I pump mostly so I need to have pads that are gentle and these do the trick for the right price. Definitely recommend!

Great but pricey
It definitely is ultra plush and soft against sensitive nipples. I am currently 3 1/2 months post partum and have tried the regular Lansinoh, Lansinoh ultra plush, a few cloth pads and the CVS brand breast pads. I stopped using disposable pads now. The cloth pads work fine now without leaks. But the first couple of months when I definitely needed good quality leak proof ones, these were my go to ones. The regular lansinoh pads were irritating my skin. These were soft and dry. Gave it three stars due to the price.

So soft, so comfortable, so efficient!
My wife absolutely loves these nursing pads. She had extremely sensitive nipples during the first few weeks postpartum, and she says these were amazing at locking in moisture, and not irritating her whatsoever. 3 months in, and she still uses them! Simply because they're so comfortable and soft!

I like ultra soft version better
I bought both of the "stay dry" and "ultra soft". I like ultra soft version better, cause it's really soft. My breasts got itchy from the edges of pads sometimes when I put on the "stay dry" pads. However, the stay dry holds more than ultra soft. I think the " stay dry" is better for you if you have huge leakage .

Not worth paying extra
I got these thinking they might be more absorbant for the first few days my breast milk "came in", but I found it to be no more or less absorbant than the regular nursing pads by LANSINOH. It wasn't worth the extra I paid for them. I LOVE the LANSINOH Brandon and that is what I buy while nursing, but I won't go out of my way again to purchase these "fancy" ones.
