Hair Straighten 1. Plug in iron and rotate the switch to the right temperature. The thicker your hair, the higher the numbered setting should be. 2. Separate your hair into several sections. The number of sections will depend on the thickness of your hair. 3. Place the straightener as close to the roots of the section as possible without burning yourself. 4. Clamp the iron down so that the heated sides touch and your hair rests between them. 5. Run the flat iron down the length of your section of hair. 6. Run the straightener over the section several times until it is completely straight. 7. Move the straightened piece out of the way and unclip a new section of hair. Hair Curling 1. Plug in your iron and rotate the switch to the right temperature. The thicker your hair, the higher the numbered setting should be. 2. Split your hair into sections. Even if you have thin hair, you'll get better results if you work with small sections of hair. 3. Start curling. Grab the piece of hair you wish to curl and give it a quick brush through to remove any remaining tangles. Clamp the flat iron around the hair and give it a half turn so that your hair is in a U-shape. Hold the flat iron in this position as you move it down the hair shaft, right to the ends. 4. Loosen your curls (optional). If you want your hair to look softer and looser, run your fingers through the curls a few times. The curls will pull down and loosen up as you do so. Wired for London, Really????
Well the straightener finally came 2 weeks late but in time for Christmas. I wrapped it put it under the tree. My daughter opened it on Christmas. She was excited, Just what she wanted. The next day she took it out of the box to use it. Well not sure if the company realizes but you cant use London wiring in the USA. This has become a useless tool, unless I plan on moving to London that is. I'm soooooooo frustrated. I even went back and reread the description to make sure I didn't make a mistake. Nope the description was US wiring. And once again I contacted the company yesterday. We will see how long it takes them this time to get back to me. Last time it was a week. The sad part it dose look like a quality straightener, I just wish we could use it.

Practice makes perfect!
I bought this hoping it would curl my hair faster and easier than a typical curling iron and once I got used to using it, I love it!The written instructions are not super clear explaining the technique to use this curler successfullyI found YouTube videos and practiced using low heat until I got the hang of it but once I got used to it, I really like it. The curl holds all day without having to use too much hair product and still makes a curly ponytail the next dayAnd honestly, it’s faster than I expected to curl my long hairPractice til you get the technique down and you’ll love it
