Grwat little light, fiddly fitting bulb, excellent customer service
Previously I noted that it is impossible to get the bulb in to place. The solution is to use blue tack on the bulb face to grip. It works perfectly (a bulb suction cup wasn't up to the job.). Best customer service from this company. So helpful and responded immediately to my questions. Thank you. The light is great. Really neat.

Suited for purpose
Nice compact light fitting finished in matt white. The supplied rubber suction pad for installing/removing the GU10 light bulb (not included) is not fit for purpose. You need to use Blu-Tac stuck on the bulb lens to install/remove the bulb.If the cut outs on the light fitting (used for securing the fitting to the base fixing) were angled slightly then you could secure the fitting tighter to the ceiling with no gap showing.

Poor construction
These are probably amongst the poorest things I’ve purchased from amazon. They look good but there are two problems of quality in the construction which render them useless. The junction built in faces the inside of the lamp making it difficult to wire it up. Worse than that is that the GU10 socket has such a poor mounting that when you manage to locate the bulb into it and you then have to press to turn (by the way the supplied suction tool is useless) which pushed the socket down and off centre making it impossible to locate the bulb. I eventually located the bulbs by pushing screw driver up through one of the rear holes in the unit to support the socket while I tried to push and turn the bulb using a plastic sucker to help locate the bulb. A nightmare I would strongly advise to avoid. An update. I’ve given up on them. It’s virtually impossible to fit the bulb. I managed to get one in but on the second lamp the bulb (after 30 mins (no exaggeration) seemed to be secure but was it? No way. Purchased a different brand and having no problem. You have been warned!

It works ok
Quality is only average but just about value for money. Fitting the bulb is very aukward and the fitting tool is next to no help at all.

Look good and good value
Builders recently fitted these lights. Look smart and modern, they are very adjustable so give the ambience I wanted. And great value for money.
