Big bulky and expensive to return
The foundation is not stable ! It almost fell on two clients.The top is so heavy it can easily tip over. Mine broke actually ended up falling over within two months of use. the option to return this is incredibly difficult.The seller is not connected to prime so you will need to pay for the shipping -return box/ tape for a very heavy item.Last this dryer is an old school throw back its attractive but bulky and awkward to operate.

Tends to blow the hair upward onto the blower. I have to clip the hair down.
