Seems to work accurately, haven't used for intended use yet
Seems to work quite well and reacts instantly with sound level change, but I have yet to use it for intended use which would be to see the decibel levels of my Subs in my vehicle.

Meter Does Not Come Calibrated From The Factory...
Meter is shipped without being properly calibrated to meter decibel sound levels. Without that being done at the factory, this item is completely worthless to the average person. Now if you just so happen to own a device that is used to calibrate a decibel sound meter (they cost hundreds of dollars) then this device may be worth the $18.99 the seller is asking for it. After learning this from the instructions included with the meter, I returned the item.
