This dress is comfortable, flattering, and is very forgiving to the imperfections in our figures. I’m 5’-4”, 135 pounds, and this dress is a size Medium, 8/10.

I bought it as a "beach" dress, something to throw on after surfing, thinking it would not be the best fabric/quality but suitable as Fall cover up over a bathing suit (Southern California). Pleasantly surprised with the fabric and quality! I wore it with ankle boots to brunch with friends and got tons of compliments. I bought the Olive color; it's pretty! The fit is true to size, the waist is very flattering, the fabric is soft and it's comfortable overall. The only thing... it's pretty short in back and rides up even more when I walk. I constantly have to pull it down. I think that's me having a big butt and a small waist.. everything works its way up. But for most people I don't think it will be an issue. I'm happy with it.

For reference, my usual size is XL in toos and bottoms (I'm pretty well-proportioned in that aspect). I am 5'0", 40C bra (wide back), thick arms and thighs, and most of my weight is in my belly.Now on to the good part.The fit of this dres IS indeed amazing. I can certainly see why all the good reviews. I bought my typical XL size, even though the recommendation said Medium. By no means would the Medium had even slipped on. For those who want a perfect fit (and dont plan on sticking it in the dryer) go with your usual size. If, you are like me and will eventually shrink it in the dryer one size up should do. Which is what I will end up doing. It was very fitted around my back, so i fear it will be a single wear item if i stick with the XL. As i mentioned before, i am short. And that being said, the dress was well above the knee. I would say a bit below mid thigh. I dress on the more conservative side so, I would have preferred it a bit longer which Inam hoping that ordering the XXL will remedy as well. Now, about the tie in the front, I absolutely loved it. It created a nice shaped and reeeeally, what belly?! It hides it so well! Im not sure the lighter colors would do that because the material is stretchy and a bit on the thinner side. All in all, a fantastic little black dress!

Was hoping to wear for work. This dress is super cute but it’s too short. I’m only 5’3” and the small was about halfway down my thigh.

I am 5’4 and 145 and the dress fit perfect! It was so warm and cozy I could order it in all the colors!! A must!!

I bought this amazing dress / sweater / tunic (all in one :) ) in two sizes - Small and Medium (didn't know which would be best) and guess what?? I'm keeping them both!!! The difference is very little but enough so I can wear the small with my leggings and the medium with jeans - just in case let me explain: the jeans are thicker and with zipper or buttons they need more room under the long top if you wanna keep them under and not being exposed /visible too much! That's what I call comfy look!!And to help you with the sizing - I'm 5'4" and 120lbs, small chest but bigger hips and butt :)If it's about the quality... woooow!!! This is just awesome - not too thin (I wanted something to wear for the party in 50-60F without using the base layers - nope!! it won't work that way, but with a jacket going outside for about an hour was just fine!!!) and not to thick as well (so I can dance without sweating being inside) - I have to say, this was just perfect solution!! Inside I felt warm and comfy and outside I had just my jacket over it and hell yeah it worked!!!Wanna look great and cover your hips and / or belly - this is the best!!! (I gained some wight due to the Covid and just needed to look elegant without shirt over my hips which works in most cases, but not when you go for a party - ok it depends what kind :P I added a neckless to break the color (I had black boots, black leggings and this "dress" in black"), so something to make a contrast with this look was a must for me!! (plenty of cheap necklaces out there on Amazon :) ).Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchases and recommend it to everyone!! Gonna try it in different colors as well!! Just can't resist!!!

This is a really cute dress that will be great for fall. The listing here on Amazon says the dress is made of a cotton/poly blend material. There's no label in the dress to indicate whether this is correct, and the tag on it is in Chinese, so I'm not sure if this is accurate. But the fabric has a nice weight to it and it is not sheer. The wrap around the waist is very flattering and adds a nice touch that makes it more interesting than just a plain pencil dress. One criticism that I will offer is that the bottom of the sleeves are just gathered with elastic, which is a bit unfinished looking. It would look a lot nicer if there were an actual cuff. To be fair, there is a close-up picture of this in the product listing that I just did not notice when I ordered. Overall, this is a small detail (but I tend to notice those small things). A note regarding size is that I am 5 feet tall, 115 pounds, and usually wear a size XS or 2 petite. I ordered the size small of this and it fits me snugly, and falls to mid thigh, so the dress runs a bit small.

It's nice quality

This dress is actually quite pretty and fits well. Ordered the size small and fits a bit loosely but because you can tie it to suit your body, it doesn’t matter. It is short but for me, at 5’3”, it’s a perfect length above the knees.

Love the fact you can wear it a few was and material is good for autumn/winter but im on the 14-16 scale so ordered big and its a bit on the snug side.

I like the material, the fabric is flexible and comfy, thickness is just nice. I like the design where the thick band ties in front of the belly to cover bodyshape flaws and the bell sleeve looks fun and elegant at the same time.But, be careful when doing laundry as the color comes off easily (mine was red color, not sure if this issue is the same with other colors). So don't wash together with your other clothes. Wash separately.

Really cute dress. A little short. Tag says dry clean only which is surprising considering it's price
