Very durable
Does not bend or break during use. Adhesive does not seperate like I've experienced with other filters. Costs a decent amount and feels like it.

Odd size - perfect fit for my heat pump.
Heat pump requires a specific size, not your standard filter size. Had to find an option. Prices range all over the place. Asked my HVAC guy - he’s good. He recommended I get the right size, Merv 8 to no more than Merv 10, allowing the heat pump to operate efficiently. I ordered 4 for the price of a single filter elsewhere.

Good quality
Gotta new air conditioner and these filters are excellent quality

The only filter that works like it should.
This has the correct stiffness to not warp and get sucked into the unit. Other brands are too flexible / flimsy, and ultimately get sucked into the unit when it turns on. My system is one year old. It is much pickier than older systems when it comes to the quality of the filter.

Non-standard size
This non-standard size filter is not available in the home box stores. Ordering a 4 pack from Amazon makes changing these filters twice a year easy.

at least two filters have bent/damaged
I've been quite happy with the seller and the product until this last order (which was delivered yesterday). I noticed that in one of the sets (I ordered 3 sets - there are 4 filters in each plastic package), at least two filters clearly had the signs that they have been under a load of pressure and as a result, are damaged. I know I will have difficulty using them (pushing them in the filter slide of the HVAC unit). I found this finding disappointing because the cost of the filters have gone up, and as such, I surely didn't expect to receive damaged filters. There is no damages on the side of the box; if this had happened during shipment by the carrier, I would have expected the side of the box to have shown signs of a load of pressure, but there is none. Thus, to me, it appears that the damage happened during storage, prior to shipment. I hope the seller consider refunding me for the damaged ones.
