With the problem of receiving several things this year, especially lately, this product arrived quickly just as planned and was a very good price. More economical than at our local spa store. I have used this product before. And it works well. Which is why I did this purchase.

First one using this product. Very happy with not having wait 24 hours to let cleaning advent run through the jets. Cleans in an hour and half. Works great!

No complaints, does what it says and does a good job

The first time I used this stuff, after getting hot tub with our new house purchase, it was miraculous!We'd had a hard time keeping everything balanced, much less keeping foaming down. Running a bottle of this through the jets before emptying / cleaning and refilling made a huge difference, getting gunk out of the lines and making our hot tub very easy to get set up and stay balanced until the next time of changing the water.So, of course I ponied up for another bottle for the next time. What I found though, is that when you don't really need to deep clean the lines because your tub has been balanced, or it hasn't been years since it had a good flush, this stuff makes the whole empty / clean / refill process a lot more work.It foams like crazy, especially if you make the mistake of leaving it in with the lid on. Oops, expect foam to come flowing out from under it, and now you have to rinse this stuff off your hot tub cover too. You'll also spend a lot of time trying to get all the foamy reside out of your lines, off the sides of the tub, etc. It adds a whole other step of cleaning and rinsing.So, use this stuff when you need it, but don't use it every time you change your water. It's not cheap, and not necessary, and just makes extra work.

I used this cleaner to get the built up gunk out of our Royal Spa lines. I ended up leaving it in overnight and when I turned the jets on the next day I saw it removed a lot of gunk. We drained and refilled the tub and it’s no crystal clean and has no smell! Definitely recommend this product

Exactly what I needed!

Cleans great! A lot of debris came out. The only problem I have is this product is a bit pricey in my opinion.

I bought this to remove some biofilm that accumulates in my spa. It somewhat worked to detach some of it but far from my expectations. I tried 2 times without the expected result.
