The bits seem to work just as expected. So far I have only used the 5/16 bit in red oak and numerous holes. The bit is still sharp. I believe that if I continue to use these at the correct feed and speed rate for the material and size of bit, they will last a long time. The plastic case is less than wonderful but may last longer than I expect.

The drill index and bits arrived on time but were not well packaged. When i opened the index, I saw that part of the hinge piece was broken. I could live with that, as I have an extra steel index I am not using. The first bit I used in my drill press was a 1/8", and it was not true. The wobble was unacceptable, but I thought I would ask them to replace it. I then tried more bits and found several to have run-out beyond tolerable limits. I sent an email to the company asking for an RGA and refund. I received a quick reply asking me to send in some pictures to verify the issues. I sent pictures of the broken case and a couple videos of the bad bits. Within 24 hours I received a full refund and instructions on returning. I would definitely buy from this company again, just not this set of bits.

This 29 Piece Fractional Inch Brad Point Drill Bit Index Set is made of good quality. This set was what I was needing for woodworking. I am very pleased with this set of bits.

I would advise against purchasing these bits. The cheap plastic box was in multiple pieces upon arrival. The zinc plating on these bits is horrible, it looks as though they were sprayed with silver paint. Totally dissatisfied.

Very nicely made. I can’t speak to durability yet, hence the cautious four stars. Expensive, but that’s the price of accuracy which you won’t find in Chinese tools.

You get what you pay for.The bits seem ok first time I open the box the insert that holds the bit broke and detached from the box I believe it was broken already.like I said you get what you pay for.I would purchase again.

Not at all the quality I expected from Wood River. Cuts are not at all smooth and some of the bits are not straight 👎
