OPT7 2pc 60" Side Kick Running Board LED Strips w/Amber Turn Signal, DRL, and White Courtesy Light

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 4 door crew cab. I had running light under the side door step. They were a different make and did not last 6 months until all the led’s were burned out on both sides.I decided to replace them with the OPT7 kit. I also relocated them to the rocker panels above the steps. What a difference that made. I am very please with them. I like the fact that the running lights are amber and they also flash with the turn signals. I wired the lights into the 7 pin trailer plug. That gave me running lights all the time whether my lights were on or not. Since my truck has courtesy lights in the bed I wired the white wire for the white lights to that. Any time the doors are opened or remotely open the white lights come on.

First off I ordered this set because I previously installed there tailgate led bar and love it. I specifically ordered this set to match the sequential pattern for the turn signal as listed as a feature. Upon installing the turn signals are a single flash pattern and NOT sequential as listed. I am disappointed with this as it is not as it was described. Secondly it could have hadded a few extra feet of wiring. Seriously 5 extra feet for a couple extra bucks is highly worth it.

Really cool lights stick on very well seam well sealed my only issue was in the description it said it was 72 in Long I didn't see in the title that it was only 60 I was expecting a 72 inch-long light

I have an tundra crewmax wish that they were longer. Other than that there exley what I needed . Have mine wired into the tow system so I have running turn and brake lights

these are great did it my self adhesion last i am very happy with this product and am planning to buy more. remember to wire the ground to a neutral ground or every time u press the break it will light up orange neutral ground can usually be tied into the interior above cabin light. love the connectors that came with it.

Not liking the fact they were not ridgid like their triple bar for the rear. They come coiled and of course you need to straighten them out first before attempting to mount (have someone help you). Secondly, they work fine except when the running lights or full headlights are on. The signals only flashed when those lights are OFF.

I don’t like the fact that the amber LEDs are switch-back. I thought they were dual-intensity. I also thought I was getting the sequential style turn signal but they weren’t.
