Summer of the Sea Serpent (Magic Tree House Merlin Mission)

My 7 year old loves all of these books!!

i only bought this for the summer reading my daughter had to do in 2020library was closed due to COVIDbook condition is good, quality is good, story is a little boring. my daughter didnt like story too

I've always been fond of the Magic Tree House series as these were the books that made my son a reader! However, after dozens of books, my son started to get tired of the same series and showed no interest in reading the last several books.Inspite of this, I had to buy this book when I saw the cover - a Sea Serpent - that had to be intriguing! Dreaded mom that I am - I made my son read this book! He protested for about one minute - and then he was hooked!While the first 20 books or so of the series are for younger readers, the last ones have "grown" and appeal to the 9 - 12 year old range. Full of adventure - this series just keeps getting better!If your child thinks they've outgrown this series - pick up a copy of this book - you never know - they may just find themselves hooked once again on the magical adventures of Jack and Annie!

This is a fun book and my six-year old has really enjoyed it! He said he is going to keep it forever!This story was easy enough for him to read but challenging enough to keep him engaged. He was wanting more as he went along in the story and became enthralled in its plot. It was truly heartwarming to see him perk up, get so excited about being able to read mostly by himself and to see he book through to the end.This book has now gone from just a children's novel to a piece of family history :)

Well enjoyed

I loved the book because it was adventurous and magical!! There was giant snakes, magic swords and wizards! One of my favorite parts was when they turnd into seals and swam threw Jellyfish cove! It was one of the best books I had ever read!!!😃😃😁😆

I love this book because its very interesting and my favorite character was the spider queen because she was really nice and kind. I wold hope my friend Naomi reads this fabulous book because she is interested in Magic Tree House books to so I would love if she would read it. I bet she would love it!

My 8 year old can't read these books fast enough. We love Magic Tree House. It is a great series to read together or alone for the kids.
