Zakia's Morocco 8 Oz Argan Shea Butter - Lavender

I prefer my moisturizers on the non liquidy side because I fdind the other ones to be too thin and wimpy so this one definitely succeeds in that. I use it on my body and it's great. The smell I'm on the fence about. Out of the jar, it's a little weird, but it grew on me, and it smells nice on my sheets.

Tends to run really greasy. Although the label says for hair & skin, short of melting this down, I see no way to use this on your hair. The butter is way too thick gritty. It would weigh your hair down & make your scalp super greasy.

This has only 3 ingredients which I thought would be a good thing. Although Lavender essential oil is listed as the third ingredient, it is hardly discernible in the product. I thought with the argan oil it would be less solid than 100% shea butter, but the texture is much the same. It's OK.

I have tried 6 different Shea butters, ea one a dissappointment. This one is it!!! It is pure Shea butter and my skin loves it!!!? I have serious skin issues and am very happy to find ZAKIAS Shea butter.

Superior quality Shea butter. I use it in my legs and especially my chapped heels and overwashed hands and by the end of the day the skin is so smooth and even toned. I wish I could use it everywhere but my sensitive skin doesn’t tolerate Shea butter on some parts. I also am not a fan of Shea butter scent and the rose scent did not come through in this product, it just smells like great quality raw she’s butter. I will continue using it anywhere I can put it on my body. I also am obsessed with this brand and use a few of their products.

I have have been buying this for several months, now. It has really helped replenish moisture in my face. I put it on at night when I go to sleep. It has improved my skin dramatically and I even put it around my eyes. It is does not irritate my skin in any way, however I do spend time softening it in my hand before applying it so that it will spread smoothly on my skin. This is a wonderful product that is natural and is very affordable. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my skin because of it. Thank you Zakia for such a great product!😇

Shea better is used in L'Occitane products and Argan Oil on its own is great. Even as a man I buy the stand alone Argan Oil. This stuff is good however, there is a scent of beef tallow (it has a distinct scent which does not go away after application unfortunately). Not sure if its the butter, however, when you open the jar the scent though now powerful is definitely there.

This product is SO good, I'm using it on my skin and on my hair. With natural kinky hair we need our hair to be moist and this is a major help. Thanks.
