Great for neck/shoulder pain relief!
Dislocated my shoulder a year ago and it has never fully healed...2 weeks into using the neck/ head hammock and I'm noticing a great difference in my neck/shoulder pain + posture!

Was comfy BUT
Once I had it all set up I laid in it about 5 minutes then the bungi cord came out of the hook and almost put my eye out. Would have liked to have tried again but as close as that cord came to my eye when it broke from the hook, scared me too much to try again.
