The media could not be loaded.  I've been trying to find the perfect smart light bulb, and this--while it's super bright and colorful--this light has some downsides such as the delay (see video review).Hopefully these tips/tricks in this video help if you had trouble like I did.Common problems:When you're in your Smart Life app: Use AP mode! Not "Quick setup!"Also common problem: If you can't get it into AP mode, just keep trying (as you seen in the video).Also common problem: Make sure you have the right wifi setup. Your wifi HAS to be 2.4ghz (not 5ghz). This is a surprisingly common problem if your smart light won't pair with your wifi and your "Smart Life" app keeps failing to pair.

The media could not be loaded.  For areas of your home that you don't want blanketed in harsh, bluish light, this bulb is where its at.This bulb is incapable of producing bright, bluish white light (seriously, the setting isnt even there) This is a great bulb for a bedroom or closet.Pro:-Crazy easy to get up and running-Runs super cool-Looks better in ceiling fan fixtures (because of the more traditional shape) than those other cylindrical bulbs and (:::ugh:::) curley bulbs-Full color spectrum is available on color wheel (but still no bright white.. remember that)Cons:-Warm light only (if this is a con, you probably weren't looking for this color spectrum anyway)

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this bulb. For context, I purchased 3 different Smart Bulbs w RGB+W to experiment with which one was best. I figured they’d all be approximately the same, but this bulb was far and away better. It’s really sturdy and it has weight behind it. The other two bulbs were really flimsy. In terms of the light itself, this has a decent 2700K (soft white) hue. Often times the RGB bulbs are orange, but this one was good.The other important factor for me is brightness. And even though this one is advertised as 65 or 75w (I forget), it had the same brightness as the 2 other bulbs that were 90 & 100w.Warning: the color modes are always less bright than the white mode. That’s just based on the design of all these bulbs. I’m using this outside by the pool where we have 7 lamps. And the color mode is not going to light the place up. It’ll just create a fun color and ambiance. The white mode will definitely light up the area though just as well as the bulbs they’re replacing.

I wanted a WiFi light in my kitchen that I could control with Alexa. Since this particular spot (over the sink) is a single fixture going with smart bulb made more sense cost wise than a smart wall switch. The bulb appears to have excellent build quality and setting up on my network was a breeze. This uses the Smart Life app which appears to be pretty popular. Once it was running on the network connecting to Alexa as a skill was simple and quick as well. You can control the color and the brightness with Alexa and it's super convenient. Very pleased!

On the suggestion of a co-worker, I decided to buy these bulbs. Having recently purchased an Amazon Echo, and wanting to unleash the full power of the device, I thought that having WiFi/Alexa enabled lighting would be cool. It was very easy to set up and link to Alexa and the Smart Home app. I bought six more bulbs for the rest of my house. The color options are great. One drawback: My five year old kid loves changing the lights and I feel like I'm in a euro disco sometimes. A small price to pay for the ability to turn on and off lights at a touch of the iPhone or via Alexa!

I have had a echo for a little bit now and have been slowly dipping my foot in the whole smart house stuff. Smart plug sockets for the tv and what not. So I thought it was time to upgrade the lights in the house and did not really want to go with. For I found this and thought I would give it a try and for the price it is a really good deal. It was super easy to pair with the app and and changing colors was really easy to do. and was able to get them to work with if then then that.Overall a solid 10/10 for me.

This smart bulb works good and it was easy to set up on the smart life app but I could not get it to work with Alexia. However, I’m able to change it to different colors as well as different levels of brightness, turn it on and off all from the smart life app on my phone. It was a little disappointing that I was not able to get it to work with Alexa because it would have been ideal if I could have controllled the light with Alexa instead of on my phone. Other than that it works good.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a cool multicolored smart bulb! It looks like a regular bulb but allows you to control the intensity and color with a smart app or Alexa. Set up was a little difficult but follow the directions and check out the online videos for additional setup support. Love this bulb!!
