I've auditioned multiple center channel speakers by different American manufacturers. This British beauty is by far the best sounding speaker under $500. I purchased the 3090Ci's based on reviews of the 3050i's (which I also purchased). The 3090Ci's really shine when listening to music. Reproducing the bass lines from Lou Reed's "Walk on the wild side" with ease. Nylon and steel string guitar sounds amazing, and cymbals and high-hat really pop. I now wish I'd replaced my Definitive Technology ProCenter 1000 speaker long ago. Home theater buyers will be happy they pulled the trigger on this speaker. Voices are indeed crisp and clear and separation is outstanding. Coming in about $160 less than the Elac Uni, and slightly less than even the ProCenter 1000 - you will be really happy you went with this center channel masterpiece. My only complaint, If you order direct from the Q Acoustics web-site they are including their high quality (at the same price) speaker cable, which Amazon orders aren't providing. Shipping was fast and the packaging was first-rate from Q Acoustics. I ordered the 6' Mediabridge white speaker cable from Amazon, for around $13 which I am very pleased with. Matches the Arctic white finish and grey accent color like it was part of the same package.

It sits between my Dali Oberon 5s and delivers clean and crisp sound.

Loved this speaker fit like a glove in my entertainment cabinet. The sound is awesome I can hear voices above my big speakers. Looks like a very expensive speaker and the sound sounds expensive.

Purchased to accompany a pair of Q Acoustics 3020i, a pair of Cambridge Audio Minx X201 subs and Denon AVR-X1500H Receiver. sound quality is fantastic. Sound stage is wide and very clear. Accurate and clear dialog in movies. Superb build quality.

Have had this speaker for over a month have broken it in great sounding speaker highs and lows are on point highly recommend

Ottimo suono, il bass reflex fa il suo lavoro nonostante sia posizionato a circa 20cm dalla parete.

Non credevo che la cassa centrale fosse così determinante nell'ascolto di un 5.1. Con questo ottimo diffusore mi sono ricreduto: l'ascolto è migliorato in maniera esponenziale. Suono cristallino e al contempo bassi profondi, asciutti, ma non eccessivi.Da considerare poi l'estetica: la cassa è davvero un bell'oggetto di design, con o senza la retina frontale. Personalmente io la preferisco senza. Ho scelto il colore bianco perché intonato ai mobili del mio soggiorno, anch'essi bianchi. Avevo però un po' di timore, perché se si sa che le tonalità di bianco possono essere molteplici. Per aiutare futuri acquirenti, posso assicurare che si tratta di un bianco assolutamente neutro, non tendente né all'azzurro, né al beige, perciò privo di dominanti.Non vedo l'ora di acquistare anche le due casse laterali.

Excelente opción como altavoz central para los diálogos. Además, tiene un buen refuerzo de graves. Por poner un pequeño pero, puede ser excesivo para los más exigentes. Pero sigue siendo una muy buena elección.
