Excellent product.These are long wedges.Much longer Th a most and 20mm-3/4 inches wide.I split a 3 foot by 5 foot by 7 foot boulder without a,problem.Wedge holes were drilled every 5.5 inches apart.Slightly deeper than the wedge is long so it won't bottom out when driven in. Across the front,both sides and across the back.The boulder rested on its side and the split was horizontal front to back.I am very impressed with these.They don't deform,and the feathers work good too. A VGproduct at a reasonable price.Drill was a 10 inchx 3/4 SDS plus Dewalt rock carbide.The drill cut like crazy and is good for many more holes.Makita 3850_hammer drill.

Don't bother with any other wedges you see for splitting rocks. These are the ones you want. I've purchased others from my local concrete manufacturer and also here on Amazon. Those were kids toys compared to these. Word of advice if you get these, get the same size drill bit as the wedge size. When I used the inferior ones, if the wedge was 3/4, I would use a 5/8 bit to increase the pressure. With these high grade wedges you can keep the bit the same size.

They are sturdy, thick, have so far busted down 7 boulders and they are holding up wonderfully.

I bought a set of 5 and used them to split a couple dozen boulders. Spacing them abut 6" apart for granite does the trick. They are the best I have used due to their size. Smaller splitters can be buried in the rock and still not split it, but these worked every time for me.

I have been splitting rocks for many years. and these wedges gave me a very nice split. excellent design!!

The best ones online, do not buy anywhere else. I have tried another style of them, they are garbage . Thisones are the best.

Hold up good. Metal is solid. Rubber band could be better
