Handy as HELL! I'm ordering more! Not kidding!!Very handy for hanging things or using as a ledge. I can't believe that this little no-brainer went unnoticed for so long!

Wish I had purchased this when I picked up the battery pack. Its an inexpensive accessory but makes the battery pack much more usable. It keeps the battery pack in place and holds it there even as you're picking up your light stand and moving around.The build quality is solid, I don't think this thing is ever going to break without some serious effort with a hammer.

The description of this mount as "multifunctional" is important to note, because the images (as of the time of this review) don't fully show how this can be used. You should observe that the bracket has both 3/8" and 1/4" threaded holes to attach your spigot / stud to, which can be very helpful in using speedlights. With common adapters, this mount can be placed on stands, doors, tables, etc. and used for adding light in precarious places.Also, I must add that, since I already own several dedicated mounts with studs, this new style mount has an opening (or mouth, so to speak) that is significantly wider than is common. It opens about 3/4" wider than the other C-type mounts with studs that I have used for years. This means you can attach it to larger poles, stands, tables, doors, car windows, etc. than the typical mounts allow for, thus making it more useful overall.Yes, the main reason I bought it was to secure my power pack for the AD-360 (which it does very well). But the fact that it has multiple functions makes this mount much more valuable than other screw-type mounts with studs. The value is there, in my opinion, so I would highly recommend this...

Nicely made and works and fits well on my lightstand.

Works great mounted to a lightweight Manfrotto light stand with the Altura 8-AA cell battery pack attached. I'd only like to see the pad attached to the screw have a divot like the pad on the bracket side. It would make me a little more confident of it's grip on the stand.

This clamp is very useful for hanging my flash batteries on my lightstands. It is sturdy and well made, and easy to attach and detach. The battery pack is held very securely, while still being easy to attach and remove.

I use it to add lights on the bottom of my stands.

i have to laugh at myself for putting off buying these!!! All the times people helped me move my lights without them and everything falls off! Its amazing how such a small item can make your life so much easier!! buy them for every stand that uses a battery!
