If I had been smarter and bought this mat years ago, I could have saved myself a lot of baking aggravation. Although cookies and other pastries release from my air sheets well enough without greasing, this baking sheet was a breeze. I was able to remove scones right away without crumbs left behind and the undersides were evenly browned. The photo shows the cookies are within the border but anything I put on the colored border did fine. There wasn't much to clean up and I stored it in a leftover paper towel tube. Works perfectly. Exceeded my expectations and is a great gift.

These mats are great! There are 3 different sizes so they fit all 3 sizes of my cookie sheets. Simply put them on top of a cookie sheet and bake the cookies. They helped to make the bottoms of the cookies brown, they didn't stick, and made for easy clean up!The mats are thicker then many other mats which helped with clean up. I didn't feel like I had to be gentle with them when washing.The only thing I would fault is that there is only 1 of each size. The largest one would be the most helpful and I'd love to have more of those. While I do have baking sheets the size of the other mats, I don't often use them to bake.Overall, a great product that I'll be using in my everyday baking!

I ordered these because they are said to be the same size as the large flat cookie sheets (also this is what is depicted in the picture). They are not as big as advertised. Also, they are not as 'non-stick' as expected. Just was not pleased.

I just received these a few days ago & have already used them a couple times - several dozen cookies baked. I absolutely love them! They brown the bottom of the cookies & slide right off the mat with no sticking. I had been using parchment paper to line my flat cookie sheets. While parchment paper works just fine I was tired of always having to purchase rolls & make sure I had enough to bake my dozens of cookies for parties & such. So I started searching for silicone baking mats. The first set i purchased didnt fit my flat baking sheets so I searched some more & came across these. They actually cover my flat style cookie sheets (probably too large if you have cookie pans). Clean up is so easy, you just wash them with soap & water, dry completely, roll them up & store inside your empty papertowel roll...easy peasy. I would highly recommend these

Will be using these mats tonight for holiday cookies so cannot speak to their performance in the oven - However, I am thrilled to have finally found silicone mats that PERFECTLY fit the 2/3 sheet All Clad Cookie sheets (no more wasted space). All my previous purchase attempts were either too small or too large. The items arrived as scheduled and are individually/hygienically packaged. They are of substantial thickness; not quite as thick as the Silipat but certainly thicker than some of those flimsy easily ripped mats. Kitchen Executive Chef beat any competitors price for this type of product. I initially found these on Ebay but they are cheaper to purchase on Amazon from the same vendor and were shipped Prime (2days).Update: Used the baking mats for more that 25 dozen cookies in the last month. They work as advertised and I can recommend these highly.

Similar to other mats of this type, these are nonstick, heat resistant, and dishwasher safe. I don't use them for baking all that often, but use them mostly when I'm making peanut brittle or similar candies. And I usually wash them by hand, simply because they don't fit in my dishwasher all that well when I've got other things in there.I'm still on the fence about the three sizes, because the largest one is pretty much all I need, but if someone needs a variety of sizes, this is a really good buy.As far as durability, these seem like they'd last as long as other mats of this type. I've had others for many years with no damage, as long as you remember that you can't cut things on them, and you shouldn't fold them.I received these from the manufacturer, but I've bought similar ones in the past.

Works perfectly for my needs. Give it a trial run first...it takes a one-time "seasoning", much like when you turn on the furnace for the first time each year-it will give off a burning odor...but only that first time...then it works great-pizza dn cookies do not stick to it and I also use it to knead homemade bread on it and it does not stick either.

I love the baking mats. The three sizes increase the versatility and usability of the product. Good for so many uses. Easy to clean and there is a size for every project. The company got in touch with me before the mats arrived with a welcome and ideas for storage. Very satisfied.
