Best thing I’ve purchased to assist with family member with Dementia. It goes off when she begins to rise up from the chair or her bed. Keeping her safe.

This was purchased to help with taking care of my 87 year old mother with Alzheimer's. My father wanted to keep her at home and she has reached a point that we cannot keep her in bed. She has fallen twice and broken bones. This product worked well. I took off one star because mom was able to figure out quickly how to silence it. We have to put the switch under the bed now so that she cannot reach it. I usually don't say this, but I wish it was a little harder to disarm. Overall good product though.

My husband won’t agree to use it as too loud ! So will need to return! I have to pay for shipping! It works well and worked the first time we used it! I would highly recommend this product!!

I bought this product for a client of mine who has Alzheimer’s and dementia and will fall without assistance. When I received it I installed batteries and it was ready to go. If I am across the room it alerts me if she starts to rise up without my assistance. I believe it has saved her from falling on several occasions.

I was planning to return the alarm because my mom moves too much in the bed. I ended up putting it on the floor and covering it with a towel. When my mom's feet hit the floor, the alarm goes off and she sits and waits for me to come get her. The alarm is loud enough but not startling to her. Its not cordless but I ended up loving the alarm.

With the bed alarm I get to sleep through the night not having to worry if he's getting out of bed. Yes, he still can get up, but you get an alarm when he does. After a few times setting the alarm off, he got the message not to get out of bed again without help. Wonderful!

I bought this for my elderly Mom with dementia it works well for our needs.

You can hardly hear the alert or the alarm on this device unless you're in the room the mat is too small. Trying to get the battery into the box is horrible and it doesn't work consistently it's a good thing I bought the plug-in device to work with it but I'm not sure it's gonna work at all
