Does not close.
Very cute, the fabric does not close once on, there is only about 3'' of fabric from the seam, which is okay, I intended to wear it open anyway. Just wanted to help others with the information.

Not as luxurious as the photo. The fabric was kind of see through, the sleeves were 3/4 length and the hems were kind of cheap looking
