I have the powdered version of this. The taste is quite bearable (in an earthy type way), and I find myself enjoying taking it before my biggest meals. The best that I can describe the effect of this product is as follows: It improves my motivation. it helps me to make better use of the calories that I do take in. Normally the amounts of food that I am eating while on BMP would leave me massively bloated for days and lead to a few lbs of fat gain after about two weeks. While on BMP the bloat is significantly reduced, and my weight gain is roughly 1.5 lbs in two weeks. This 1.5 lbs is obviously composed of a much greater amount of muscle that normally.The product is synergistic with several other products. This is always a plus.
