Excellent product, a staple supplement from now on (have been taking it for about a month). I have noticed a drastic increase in body temperature while taking, leading to some pretty intensely sweaty workouts. Also have noticed that I don't suffer as much bad effects when my diet slips. It does what it says apparently, with a proper diet and exercise you can increase fat loss with Brite. The simple dosing is convenient and effective. Definitely noticed increased body temperature after a few days. Over a period of 12 weeks I lost a total of 65 lbs with Brite and Eviscerate along with diet and exercise.
