I never heard of this mix , but my recipe called for. It. Wow what a difference It was really good. what a difference In taste.When my desert mix calls for flour that will be my new flour. I checked 3 grocery stores and could Not find it. Good old Amazon.

So much better than any of the other baking mixes.Makes mouth-watering biscuits!!! All you need is buttermilk!! Just make your biscuits as usual!!I also use the dough for cinnamon rolls and fried pies. Makes great sausage balls, pancakes, and waffles too!!

Been using this mix for years. Can’t find it where we live now so I order it. Expensive to order, but delicious!

I made cranberry orange scobes with the Mia. Simply delicious! I made them smaller than shown on the box

Been using this brand in our family for 3 generations. Definitely better than all the ready-made mixes! My family like these pancakes 🥞 better than IHOP or Dennys.

I was looking forward to making biscuits with this mix, based on the positive reviews. I received the package in good condition, but was shocked to see that the mix contains 2g of trans-fats per serving! It probably tasted great, so I am giving 3 stars.I had to return the box.

I first tried this mix on a trip to Denver years ago. We live in Los Angeles and I've never been able to find it. Finally I saw it on Amazon and tried it today with my daughter and her friend, two 7 year old pancake fanatics. They were over the moon. I added buttermilk and an extra jumbo egg -- with applesauce and some vanilla yogurt. Usually I make everything from scratch. With this mix --- I don't have to!!! It's terrific. I use it as a base, but I'm sure if you only have the basics it comes out good too.
