(Refurbished) Sennheiser HD 4.50 SE BT NC Bluetooth Wireless Noise Cancellation On Ear Headphone (Black)

I have been using it since Nov'20. Good product. The packaging seemed a bit shoddy, but maybe because it is a refurbished product. However the product itself is amazing. The battery is amazing, the sound quality is great, it connects to multiple devices at the same time. The Noise cancellation is pretty decent. May not be as much in noisy households, but try it in a train or something and you will know the difference. Fit is comfortable. The padding is great but with longer use you tend to accumulate sweat.

The headphones are great for the discounted price. But won't recommend paying the mrp price (I bought a refurbished one for 6000). The build quality is top notch and sound is awesome as well. But I needed these headphones for business calls and had a hard time setting it right.********************Pros**********************Build :quality is excellent, the plastic body won't disappoint you and is very sturdy.Sound : iam not a audiophile, so I was satisfied with the medium bass range and tested various kinds of sources like phone calls, Netflix, Amazon prime etc.Battery:Lasts very long, Haven't reached the zero charge state till now, and looks like it will give around 20 hrs.Handy pouch:Comes with a leather pouch to store the headphones.*********************Cons***********************Connectivity in business apps:Doesn't work properly with business apps like microsoft teams and skype for business. Until we disable the default pc bluetooth device and use a third party bluetooth dongle. After which it works smoothly. (Check screenshots)Seems like laptop default drivers struggle to work with the bluetooth headphones for live sounds (like phone calls or meetings)No mute feature:There is no way to mute the mic on the headphones, you have to use mute option on your connected device to mute it.Not comfortable:The noise cancelling feature creates kind of a air pressure (like during flight take off) and is very uneasy to handle. I mostly turn of noise cancelling which makes it slightly comfortable.Cable provided does not have mic inputs:The cable provided (3.5 mm to 2.5 mm) that can be used if battery drains out, does not take mic inputs and can only be used for "listening".Please mark this review helpful, if you found it useful.

This a decent pair of headphones for the price. I got a renewed set for 3790 which is a pretty good deal for this pair, even if it's an older model. The headphones looked as good new and I would have never been able to find out if they were pre-owned unless told.Sound is OK for sennheiser, so don't expect usual sennheiser quality. General volume is also on the lower side so don't be surprised if you need to crank up the volume all the time on your phone. Computer audio is on the higher side so no complaints there.Noise cancellation is only so so. It blocks out some air flow noise. But even a low noise fan won't be blocked out.Comfort is actually bad. It's not great for long time wear and has a very high clamping force. The ear padding is pretty good quality. Due to passive noise cancellation seal, you start sweating pretty quickly unless there is air conditioning.Feature wise you can connect to two devices. Mostly phone and system. Call reception on both are good. So far nobody 's ComPlained. Good for zoom and teams calls. It auto-pauses any video on your computer if you get a phone call, so neat. Battery life is insane. You get 14-18 hours of use on normal volume.

I cannot give a review about this product because1) bluetooth was'nt getting connected to any of my devices.2) When i plugged the wire to the device and played the music only left side was playing music and the right isnt.Considaring all these i never expected this cheep product to be marketted by AmazonAndYes i have received the charger and the wire to connect the headphones to mobileBut i would prefer to buy genuene once than the refurbished ones.

Noise cancellation is great. Sound quality is excellent. Battery life is also excellent.The only problem is that these are extremely uncomfortable headphones.The size of the pads is not large enough for average sized ears and the headband is extremely tight. I’ve tried everything to loosen the band without damaging it but nothing has worked so far.

Excellent sound quality for the price (paid 3.8k for renewed). It was almost as good as new, no scratchs or any sign of use. Got all the accessories that comes with a new product. If you are buying these just for noise cancellation, you will be disappointed. But noise cancellation with some music works great. Don’s expect sony or a bose like performance for 3.8k. But for the price these are 5 star ⭐️ performers. Yes earcups are small as others have mentioned but you get used to it soon.

So I was a little nervous ordering from amazon refurbished because of polarising reviews for many products. This was one of the rarer headphones with average rating of 4 stars.Pros:The original was 3K rs more expensive than refurbished and because of the good rating I took a shot and let me tell you I was not at all disappointed! The packaging box was a little subpar but that was to be expected. They did give a pouch to store the headphones and aux cable and micro USB cable.After a thorough inspection, I can't really say I find any signs of use anywhere. My major concerns when buying these refurbished were:1) Earpads2) Battery lifeI can tell you that both of those are excellent. The first-week usage had battery life in the range of 18hrs and the earpads looked fresh and had the new smell that we expect from brand new electronics.Cons:1) The aux cable that came with the package doesn't work properly. Using headphones using aux cable removes vocals from songs. It is very wierd. Personally not a big wired user so it doesn't affect me that much but if you would like to use these primarily in wired mode then tread carefully.
