Very posh and luxurious shawl! It is a cream color as opposed to being bright white, but that was fine with me. It has a small clasp that keeps it closed (after I played with it a little bit and bent it just right) and it is lined with satin. The trim is more like a faux fox and the rest of the shawl body is shorn a bit shorter. I needed something to ward off the October chill for both my wedding reception and wedding day. You can see in the pictures the difference in the color, but honestly in my one wedding day pic, you can't even tell. It is extremely soft and it did keep me warm. I am sooo glad I made this purchase!

I love this stole! I bought it in both the black and the white although I was concerned about some of the comments that the white one was more of a cream color in the middle section. I needn't have worried because the middle section is just as white as the longer fur at the edges, it is just shorter fur. The color is all the same--- beautiful snow white! The black one is gorgeous as well. Deep, midnight black, very dressy and perfect with formal wear. I only wish I had these years ago, as they are so pretty. I will get years of wear from both of them and I can highly recommend both of them. They are well made, I don't think I will use the little ribbon arm bands as they seem to be to low, but you really don't need them, so it's no loss. I can't say enough. Good things about these, they are well made and I love them--if there were six stars, I would give them all six!

I received my Faux Red Shawl before estimated delivery date. Material is incredibly soft, the color really pops, and there is a hidden hook and eye so that it will stay secured around your shoulders. It is light weight, however it is fluffy enough to add warmth to my neck and shoulders as my gown is strapless. On one of the ends you can see some of the red vinyl that the faux fur is attached to, so I wish they would have payed closer attention to the line up of materials. (I plan on tucking that end under the good side, so it wont show.) Over all the quality seems very nice for the price, and this will be very fun to wear with my formal gown in Vegas.

Terrible

This is an absolutely stunning stole! The softness and quality of the fiber is outstanding. It looks, it feels, and when you stroke it, behaves just like real fur without the shame of killing an innocent animal for vanity. You might have to scream at someone who wants to douse you in red paint: "PLEASE! IT'S FAUX!". The only thing that I didn't like is that it didn't have any pockets and the tie strings were kind of cheap. But it was an easy fix, I took it to my tailor, who not only changed the ties and added pockets, but put my monogram on it too, just like the blue-blooded ladies of old. LOL! So if you want the elegant look of fur for your special occasion AND keep your karma clear at the same time, I wholeheartedly recommend this item.

As a plus sized lady, this was fantastic. It was large enough to fit me comfortably, and gave me a really elegant look and feel. The faux fur is soft and wasn't falling off anywhere, the lining on the inside was nicely done, and the hook to keep it around your shoulders fit even a larger gal like myself. If I needed one in another color, I would buy it again! It's well enough made that it will last for ages.

Based on low-cost clothing items purchased in the past, I were pleasantly surprised. It IS faux fur, but quality faux fur. Looks and feels like genuine dyed fox. The color matches the photo, the construction is very good. There are some nice details that you can't see in the photo. They've used some faux red leather with a nice satin lining. There's also a small sewn-in clasp/hook the keep the wrap fastened so you don't have to hold it. A great value.

You got what you paid for.looks good, soft to touch. Somewhat inferior, runs large. Maybe on a bigger body frame it would be perfectI bought for a red and white event which I had planned to wear a white jumpsuit. I probably won’t wear it again.
