I loved this dress. I bought the blue sleeveless dress in a 3X. It was a bit big. I will say the material is a thin stretchy satin, not terribly expensive, but neither is the dress. I am 200lbs 48"bust 38"waist and 45" hips. I did add a petticoat, belt, and red cardigan. Adding those items were a must and made the outfit lovely. first picture is with the petticoat and last picture is without.

Love the look of this and the pattern is much more vibrant than expected. The dress measurements are WAY off. There’s significant stretch to the fabric and to the dress itself. You’ll want to belt it or have it taken in for the look show in the stock photos. All in all it will work fine for the photo shoot I’m doing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress. It does run large/true to size. I usually wear a 14 or 16 dress size due to my chest area (DD+). I'm a round fun shape so I ordered an XXL, but it's too big! Enough to get away with it, but definitely could have gone to an XL or possibly even a large. Received many compliments on it. It does have an elastic band - so wrap a belt around it and call it a day! Possibly a cardigan too. Let me put it to you this way - the dress was too large, but was soo cute I ordered TWO more dresses after the fact, that are still too large (because they didn't have my correct size in stock - but I still wanted them). That's how much I liked the dress. It's comfy and playful! I probably look like a butterball....but a cute festive butterball!

Every year we have a small Christmas party at our house. I usually wear a ugly Christmas sweater for the party. This time I wanted to wear something different. Saw this Christmas dress and thought it would be something cute to wear. The colors on the dress are beautiful just like the picture. I Got size large and it does fit but it would feel better if the bust area was a inch or 2 bigger. I personally like the thin material and the feel of the dress. I think the dress would look much better if it was shorter like to the knees and a belt makes the dress look better. I wish it had something underneath the dress to make it fuller but, the dress was a big hit at the party everyone thought it was a beautiful dress.

I loved this dress! My boyfriend was an *amazing* sport when I told him I didn’t want anything but Christmas photos this year - he put on a brave face and wore the equally wild Christmas cat sweater I found (also on Amazon). I wound up exchanging for a smaller size, but this is not uncommon for me as a.) my weight tends to fluctuate and b.) I can never tell based on measurements and fabric content how I’d like an item to fit. I ultimately wound up going down a size because the arm holes had some gaps and overall the original I bought felt a bit baggier than I’d have liked. I also opted to wear a red petticoat (also an Amazon find) to give it a different silhouette, and it worked really well. It’s longer than I usually go for with this kind of dress, but it wasn’t anything a pair of heels couldn’t fix. For the price and the laughs this dress is great. Very happy and will likely be turning this into an annual Christmas outfit because - how could you not?

EDIT REVIEW.. though I was not satisfied with my purchase, the company refunded my purchase without needing to ship it back and they offered me 50% on my next purchase. Very satisfied with the excellent customer service I recieved. Great purchase!!!It does not have the elegant sexy look of the pictures. It is more flouncy and has the appearance of a tent. I am going to return due to the fact that I paid over 30 for this. I am often very satisfied with my purchases, I have never returned an item. If you find it flattering, then you should know the material is soft and comfortable. Very pleasing to wear as far as that goes

LOVE this dress! I wore it to a Christmas Eve party and got SO MANY complements! The 50's style tea dress is so fun! I definitely recommend a petticoat for underneath. For the price this dress is very well made. Yes, the fabric is thin but well sown. The lace trim on the top of the dress is so well made and doesn't look cheap at all. I added some pearls, a petticoat, and a belt to complete the look. I am 5ft 9 inch tall. If you're on the shorter side, I'd expect the dress to hit around your ankles. I followed the size chart, which was accurate.

I ordered according to the size chart. I really REALLY wanted to like this dress. But, unfortunately, didn't wear it. I did have a petticoat ready to wear with it as the fabric is very very thin and requires one to give any dimension to the skirt, but the length of the skirt is awkward. I am 5'4" and sadly, I can't even hem it because regardless of where I adjust it at (waist or hem) some of the design would be removed and both are necessary to fit the dresses theme. It really is a lovely dress and would be wonderful for someone 5'8" or taller if worn with a long petticoat.
