The reviews that say these were the same panties they had at the hospital make me feel very sad for those people. These are essentially fishnet mesh panties. They are not comfortable. The weave is way too open, so the strings catch on incisions. The leg holes are too tight and inconsistent in tightness - so the right is tighter than the left in some pairs, and vice versa. The sides have extra fabric hanging off beyond the seam.In short, these are just poorly made and uncomfortable and not at all worth it. If I could give zero stars, I would, but the system doesn't allow it. I bought these for surgery recovery, but they were useless, so I had to buy a different kind, which has a much much tighter weave and are so much more comfortable. Don't waste your money, time, or comfort on these.

Im a very small person and I lost weight due to surgery also , I bought a size Small and they are so incredibly small they would fit my 6 year old daughter, the leg is so tight! Can’t return them cause I can’t drive so I just have to toss them .

These are horrible! I could barely fit my legs into the holes. Had to literally rip them some in order to fit them

First of all, I mistakenly expected these to be like the mesh undies you get at the hospital,..boy oh boy was I wrong. The mesh on these is like small fishnets..the leg stretch is horrible and when I went to lightly itch my side, a hole immediately appeared. I’m so incredibly disappointed.

This is in a Chinese person's size not American. I made the mistake of grabbing a small and I think my 2 year old would be more comfortable in these. If your a small American purchase medium or large because leg holes aren't made for us besides that it's a great quality and I liked the packaging. It still covers the important parts just get a medium or large for leg comfort. If your Asian regular zise is fine but if your american do not get a small unless your XS or XXS

This fits like an XXS. Could barely get them up, head to rip the legs to get them up. Waistband dug right into my incisions instead of covering them. $16 down the drain

Update from my original post: “These were so small that my x-small wearing butt and thighs wouldn’t fit into them”.... the seller contacted me and sent me a larger size- if you order these, know that you need to buy 4 sizes up. I originally bought a small, but was sent the XL as a replacement. The replacement was sent quickly which I appreciated.

This item came ripped and falling apart. Waist of money
