The recipient sent me photos and a video showing how loose the body of the jacket and how long the arm sleeves were. The company did approve refund my refund but had some doubt of the jacket being too loose. I had bought the XXS. Had it fit to the recipient's wishes we would not have had to return the item as the material and style of the jacket were as expected.
