I had read alot about this rub and got it to put on some smoked wings. I cooked them up at a party and everyone raved over them. This would be great on seafood and pork also. My dad and I do an annual rib cook off on Father’s Day. I used this rub on my rack and made a simple syrup using a peach jalapeño glaze. Let me tell something, that was some good stuff. Need less to say I took the trophy home. Worth every single penny. I absolutely will be buying again!!!

I bought the garlic butter specifically to put in my smoked Mac and cheese and I got to make it, it was so good, but my husband also used the heck out of it for the meat he’s been smoking. So we used it all up within 3 weeks. Its so good I use it for different recipes but got to remember it has salt so don’t over salt the food.

I had a face-palm moment when this arrived as I thought the best before date was too short. Turns out it was American date format so have months to enjoy it. Have made chicken wings and rotisserie chicken with it. Really amazing flavour. Would highly recommend it.
