This book came into my life at a time when I was at a real LOW and it helped me realize how "delighting" in my Lord instead of letting worldy things get me down in the dumps could help me enjoy life and be happier like I am supposed to as a born again Christian. There are many scripture references that help support the whole theme of this book how we can and and should "delight" in the Lord and in our Christian faith and why and how we should share tht joy with our friends, family and others we come into contact with. This book is also a good one that could be used in small group settings where people can share together how to "delight" in the Lord and enjoy life instead of letting the "world" tear us down. I'd recommend this book to anyone and it's easy, quick reading and you won't want to put it down once you begin reading it and see how you may have been missing out on what it means to "delight" in the Lord.
