ISBN-13: 978-0385479677 but I like the access kindle offers, so I purchased the kindle editionNOT THE SAME, it’s some cut down version? Very naughty of Amazon to sell a butchered kindle version implying it’s the same as the paper edition...

Quick Delivery and arrived in good condition. A very large book, but a life saving book, all you ever needed to know about the Catholic faith, very excellently explained. Answers almost every question and doubt you ever had about the Catholic Faith. Read this before you judge a Catholic.

heavy going for some I should think but thought provoking

The Catechism of the Catholic Church, of which there are a few versions, is the compendium of Catholic Teaching. Anything you want to know about Catholic belief is in this book. This is the edition you'll want as well. It is categorical, all encompassing and wonderfully presented and divided.I can't stress enough how important it is for Candidates, Catechumens or even existing Catholics to own one of these as a reference book. All local priests, if you ask, will recommend this book. Enough said.
